Some words about DAfmi...
DAfmi is the biggest manufacturer of the brake system components in CIS. It was found on the 31st of January, 1991. At first the structure was joint as Ukraini-Australian venture DAFMI on the basis of Yuzhny Machine-Building Plant. From 2005 the company has been continuing its activities as a separate legal entity.
DAFMI plant occupies a hectare of its own land where situated are the production building of 4 000 m2 and administrative one of 2 000 m2.
All technological operations of the production process are realized on the modern European equipment. Own dynamometer allows to control the quality of manufactured products simulating the real operational conditions.
The company is the drop supplier of such automobile plants as ZAZ (Zaporozhye) and ZIL (Moscow). We have the functional dealer net in Russia, Georgia, Kazakhstan, Moldova, Bulgaria, and Belarus.

What mission does have Dafmi?
We create high quality and competitive elements of the braking systems, which provide 100% safety of the drivers within vehicle operating.
We know our work very well and constantly develop; we intend to become the undisputed leader in automotive components market.

What is the mission of the organization?
The mission of the organization is its main purpose and the reason of its existence. The mission has to develop the meaning of its existence in which the difference of the organization from the similar one shows.

What exhibition and when is it possible to become acquainted with the brand DAfmi and to communicate with the specialist?
DAfmi takes part in the branch Ukrainian and Russian exhibitions of international scale by tradition:
Ukraine: Kiev International Motor Show ``SIA`` (Salon International de l’Automobile), which opens its doors for the visitors in the end of May every year
Russia: Moscow International Motor Show ``MIMS`` (Moscow International Motor Show), which is hold in the end of August every year.

Does DAfmi take part in the work of international branch organizations?
Regularly, DAfmi`s specialists take part in such measures as:
- International symposium ``Yarofri`` in Russia
- International conference ``BRAKING” in England
- Friction colloquium (Sumitomo Bakelite Friction Colloquium) in Spain.

How much share of costs do allocate to the development of the DAfmi company?
According to the annual Comprehensive Plan of TECHNICAL DEVELOPMENT, annually part of the amount from the company`s profit is allocated to conduct a series of the measures to promote the company. Despite the complexity of the economic situation, both in country and in general throughout the world, we plan to purchase another modernized complex and special grinding machine in 2010. Overall it was allocated more than 3,7 million USD to implement measures to develop the company within past few years.

How many brake pads were produced by DAfmi within last years?
The company produced more than 100 000 000 brake pads and drum brake shoes within 19 years of successful existence at the market. The cars which were completed by our products, overcame the distance in 750 milliard km that is in 5000 times (!) more than the distance from the Earth till the Sun.

What functions (besides the frictions goods) does have DAfmi?
From the foundation of the company in 1991 and to our days DAfmi has been producing only brake system components for different kinds of motor vehicles.
Such concentration allowed realizing big investment of capital into the development, to become the European progressive company and to obtain the wide fame both in the countries of CIS and outside.
